Glory Glimpses
There are some times when moments come
To smuggle your next breath away.
They walk your soul to heaven’s gate,
Put glory glimpses on display.
The spotlight ray that pierces clouds
Streams light into a life of gray.
The baby laugh that bubbles up
Spurts innocence in disarray.
The strand of words placed perfectly
Flows in so fast that lungs betray.
The pinprick in the ceiling broad
Spills hope into the Milky Way.
The thank you from behind the eyes
Flings gratitude across dismay.
Redemption themes in story lines
Surge grace into the world’s decay.
